Thank you for shopping with Before Bloom! We take great care in curating each box, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns & Eligibility
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. To eligible, items must be:

Unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return

If accepted, we’ll send a return shipping label and instructions.
Note: Items sent back without a prior request will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:

Opened/used personal care & hygiene products.

Perishables (food, flowers) and custom/personalized goods.

Sale items and gift cards.
Damages & Exchanges

Damages: Inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exchanges: The fastest way to exchange is to return your item and place a separate order for the new one.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval.

Approved refunds are automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow a few extra days for your bank to reflect the funds. If it has been more than 15 business days, reach out to us at info@beforebloom.co.za
