Thank you for shopping with Before Bloom! We take great care in curating each box, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns & Eligibility

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. To eligible, items must be:

  • Unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@beforebloom.co.za

  2. If accepted, we’ll send a return shipping label and instructions.

Note: Items sent back without a prior request will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened/used personal care & hygiene products.

  • Perishables (food, flowers) and custom/personalized goods.

  • Sale items and gift cards.

Damages & Exchanges

  • Damages: Inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Exchanges: The fastest way to exchange is to return your item and place a separate order for the new one.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval.

  • Approved refunds are automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please allow a few extra days for your bank to reflect the funds. If it has been more than 15 business days, reach out to us at info@beforebloom.co.za
